*Reprogram - 2019

This work is based on the premise of healing internally rather than seeking the artificialities of society. Using the monochromatic color palette of Pantone 109 C the goal of this collection is to convey the intimate relationship that tones, shades, and tints of a single color have. Yellow is universally regarded as cheerful influencing various moods relating to happiness, creativity, and optimism. In the end, the goal of this experience is to offset life’s bullshit with the drop of one color.

Digital Concept 2019

This collection titled “Reprogram” is highlighting the impact various colors have on our mental health and mood. As an artist I’ve always been inspired by the creators that used cultural elements as artistic reference points. For me music has been a huge vessel of information and a tool to communicate the realities of lower classes for decades. The goal of my work is to spark conscious emotions; that is because art extends beyond the limitations of your retina; great art engages the brain and thus the imagination.

*Entire digital collection can be seen below. **These are the original designs created for this collection on October, 12th 2019.

Physical Concept 2019-2020

Three years ago, I started working with acrylic. I had one idea in mind when I began. To master engineering products using acrylic from its readymade form. What I mean is simple, either you combine pre-manufactured surfaces/hardware to build out your concept or you have one custom built to your specifications. I made a choice a long time ago that I wanted to align my design thesis with a sustainable approach. So, to date all the acrylic designs you see have been produced from pre-manufactured surfaces and hardware. I figured that I should repurpose surfaces already being produced in our supply chain instead of adding to landfills. My design concept is called *the re-industrialization of design*. That is, re-establishing design industries based on craftsmanship and sustainability, instead of consumerism.

The picture featured is one of the initial physical products dropped as an extension of the “Reprogram” art series.

Products: Acrylic book, acrylic archive card, acrylic wall art, and paper book.

Digital Art Gallery 2021

In a world of inevitability evolving technology, we have naturally become filled with artificial reactions. With this digital galley we seek to organically influence genuine responses that empower well-being and mental health, while providing a level of immersive tech and substance unseen in other projects.

For this project I collaborated with Dylan Sneed (obsdn.art), a talented creator who helped transfer this vision from 2D to 3D. More info and details below.
